Pierre Minor joined Coat Haut de Sigy de Roux law firm in January 2022 in order to strengthen and develop the firm’s expertise in banking and finance.
Pierre Minor has extensive experience acquired in major French banking groups and in law firms, particularly in the field of French and international litigation.
Prior to joining Coat Haut de Sigy law firm, he practiced for more than ten years within the Crédit Agricole Group as Group Head of the Legal and Compliance Departments, and then as Group General Counsel .
He was previously a partner at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei where he oversaw the banking and finance department.
Pierre Minor was also responsible for international legal affairs and head of the legal department of BNP Corporate and investment bank.
He began his career in the legal department of the “Banque Française du Commerce Extérieur“.
Pierre Minor was an Associate Professor at the University of Panthéon-Assas, Paris II.
He is a member of the High Legal Committee of the Paris Financial Center. (HCJP)
He is also President of the European Association for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF-France).
